The best trail runs in the state, just got a little better.

The 2008 XTERRA OREGON Trail Running Series will consist of three events:

+ The XTERRA DIRT DASH
-The Dirt Dash will take place on the banks of Hagg Lake and feature a post event Picnic, and special blown glass awards.

+ The XTERRA HAVOC at the HIDEOUT
- The Havoc will be run on the Hornings Hideout property with a great variety of terrain. Live post event music to feature Hillstomp!

+ The XTERRA TILLAMOOK BURN - Series Championships (5%) Scoring Bonus
- The Championships, at Wood Fire Farms takes place 8-miles out of Pacific City, and will offer free camping and a post event picnic, and entertainment. The most diverse course of the series -- featuring TWO rivers!

To compete in the Series you only need to finish one of the events. The cost is free to enter the series -- the individual events have entry fees. You can score points at each of the events. So, the more events you participate in, the more points you can score. Awards will be given to overall series winners, as well as division series winners.

Each of the events will feature prizes and special XTERRA perks.

Series winners (overall and age group) will receive will receive special medals. Series winners also qualify to go to XTERRA Nationals -- and get a FREE entry.
